This is a Blue Heron.
Note difference in colors, wet and dry. This is a set of twins who were cute to watch and listen to. At first they both made lots of noise calling their mother. After a while, they tired to trying to find her and carried on with playing.
Flightless Cormorants.
Nest building time. Note the male bringing seaweed, female takes it, nest building continues, proudly checking it out.
