We are imagining that by now our audience is asking “where are the Galagagos tortoises, after all they are the most famous creatures on these islands”. Well, they are further on in our presentation due to their special situation but here’s a sample.

At some point some people did a major job of putting some graffiti in the park. This had to be a very major job.

This evening we crossed the equator heading North. With the crowd around the GPS reciever it was not possible to get a picture of 00 degrees, 00 minutes, 0 seconds, so had to settle for 0 00 1. That is some 101 feet from the equator. Pretty close.

Probably another good place to break the presentation.
