So, we got in our boats and rode to shore.

This clump of stuff that looks like a good sized rock is called “ah”. It is lava which is full of holes formed by gas.. The piece probably weighed no more than a couple of pounds.

After descending the mountain, we sent snorkeling and swimming at the beach on the right of this photo.

Our last night on the boat, the chef prepared an excellent seafood dinner on the top deck.

Being our last night, we were treated to a very pretty sunset.

We will end the day and this segment here. Tomorrow the Charles Darwin Research Center with its giant tortoises and our departure from the Galapagos Islands.
